Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. Local pickup may be available for select orders—reach out to us if you’re nearby!
How long does it take to process my order?
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted during peak or holiday seasons.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup may be available depending on your location and order type. Please contact the hive before placing your order.
Will my order arrive together?
We do our best to ship items together, but large or custom orders may arrive in separate packages.

Do you offer gift boxes?
Yes! We offer curated and seasonal gift boxes, as well as build-your-own options depending on availability.
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely! Gift messages can be added at checkout or noted in your order.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes — we love custom orders! Please contact the hive for bulk, corporate, or special event requests.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! All Buzzin Bees Necessities products are handmade in small batches with care, "From Hive to Home".
Do your products contain real honey or beeswax?
All of our products are made with real honey and/or beeswax. Ingredient details are listed on each product page.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full use.
Do you offer unscented options?
Yes! We offer unscented products for those with sensitivities or fragrance-free preferences.
🕯 Wax Melt & Candle Safety
How do I use wax melts?
Place 1–2 wax melts in a wax warmer and enjoy as they melt. Do not add water.
Do wax melts need an open flame?
No — our wax melts can be used with electric warmers or bulb-style warmers.
How long do wax melts last?
Scent longevity varies by fragrance and environment, but most melts provide several hours of fragrance.

How should I store my body butters and balms?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight to maintain consistency.
Why does my body butter feel firm or soft?
Our products are always handmade and all-natural; texture and consistency will vary slightly with the ambient temperature of where they are being stored.
How long do your products last?
Most products have a shelf life of around 12 months when stored properly.
🐝 Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care items, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact the hive.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Why does my product look slightly different than photos?
Our products are always handmade in small batches. Due to this there may be slight variations in color, texture, and scent strength from previous batches.
