Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help make it right. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at buzzinbeesnecessities@gmail.com.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Please use “Problem with My Order” or “Refund Request” in the subject line so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Each request is reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
