Stephen Handford
Beekeeper by day. Paramedic by night.
Stephen’s journey into beekeeping began in 2021 with a simple goal — sourcing his own honey while learning to make mead at home. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion for the bees, the craft, and the connection to nature that comes with caring for a hive.
When he’s not tending to the bees, Stephen serves his community as a paramedic, a role he’s held since 2014. That same dedication, patience, and care carries into every product made at Buzzin Bees Necessities — from the ingredients chosen to the final pour.
For Stephen, beekeeping and emergency medicine share something in common: both require respect, responsibility, and heart.
