Raw Honey

Raw Honey

Our locally harvested wildflower honey comes from our sustainably managed hives, carefully tended to ensure quality and purity in every jar.

Each batch reflects the rhythm of the seasons—lighter, floral notes from spring and summer blooms, and deeper, richer flavors as the year progresses. Because our bees forage locally and naturally, every harvest is beautifully unique.

🍯 Raw Wildflower Honey
Our raw wildflower honey is harvested locally and bottled with care, offering a naturally smooth sweetness straight from the hive. Simple, wholesome, and incredibly versatile, it’s perfect for everyday use — whether stirred into tea, drizzled over toast, or used in marinades, dressings, and glazes for chicken, pork, and roasted vegetables.

🌿 Vanilla Infused Honey
Vanilla beans beautifully complement our raw wildflower honey, creating a smooth and perfectly balanced flavor infusion. Warm and comforting, this honey is delicious in tea, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, baked treats, and even lightly sweetens homemade dressings or dessert sauces.

🌶 Hot Honey
Sweet meets heat in this bold infusion of raw wildflower honey and chili peppers. With a perfectly balanced kick, hot honey brings incredible flavor to fried chicken, grilled pork, wings, marinades, savory dressings, pizza, biscuits, and charcuterie boards.

Care/Use/Notes

Store honey at room temperature with the lid tightly sealed. Because our honey is raw and minimally processed, natural crystallization may occur over time — a normal sign of pure honey. To return it to liquid form, place the jar in a bowl of warm water and allow it to gently warm. Do not microwave the jar, as excessive heat can damage the natural qualities of raw honey.
